this guy was trade blocked on steam for scamming people by stating he's donating free items when he was really just stealing there inventory he has now created a new account and is doing the same again​

Explanation of all the videos (basically how it works):

The person in the video had to make a list of items he wants. After he did that, he has received the offer containing HIS items, and he had to accept it (items from the offer WILL NOT be lost). After he accepted the offer he opened TF2 and he received the notification (triangle in the video) and then he got ALL HIS items back from the trade offer including the items he asked for - New items.

What's my profit from this?
As you know this is a one-time gesture, which means I can donate you once but then it is not going to be for free anymore. After you do it and get the items you will have to pay $50.00 in order to do it again which is my profit from this.
Basically, the first time (one that doesn't cost anything) is just to bring me more people (mostly your friends) since after you get the items and everyone sees it, they'll want 'em too, and there I get more customers.

Is this bannable?
The answer is NO, it is not bannable. It is exploiting the item server, basically taking advantage of their weak security.

What if I don't get the items and lose my items?
That is not possible. But in case something goes wrong, you will instantly receive a Refund, so your items will be safe for sure.
There is no way to lose anything.
