    What happened? Description:
    So i was in a call with my friend when he suddenly got a message from someone claiming to be a valve employee and he was saying that he had to reset his account and he needs to send away his skins i told him not to but he did he sent to me but somehow the scammer/impersonator was able to sent it to a account with lvl 0 https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199424806703 and before he send the skins his profile changed like his 64 id was his name and only the scammer was in the friendlist visible and he was telling my friend that he deleted 2 skins as proof but when we later checked they were only sold on the steam market​

    We do not review 3rd party reports - this user has never shown to use the username in the screenshots therefore I'm declining report on the chance here you reported the WRONG user...which is very bad and not fair to them and the fact that you can't submit reports here for others. We have ways to verify identity to the accused and the victim MUST be the one submitting and only them.
    This user wasn't found guilty of any wrong doing per policy.
