    What happened? Description:
    He was trying to do a paypal deal for my knife, he click confirm on sending money and I click confirm deal too. But the money didn't arrive.​

    First off everything you provided is completely unacceptable, not full screen, not in steam chat as required..looks like you went to discord which is all unacceptable.
    Mainly this user is already banned/tagged here - there isn't a thing more we can do to them and like our policies/requirements that you over looked before submitting the report, you overlooked that fact of them being tagged already.
    I suggest in the future you check users out better before talking to them.
    This report is however, Declined for lack of any evidence what so ever to show this user was doing anything wrong for the event you described.
