What? There is little to no description at all here on what happened.

Ok but there is still very little description here of the formal agreement. You noted paypal but I see nothing mentioned of paypal info in the steam chat which is the only thing we accept.
An impersonation or impersonator sending you a trade and you trade them without any context is not something we can review in fact Valve gives you multiple chances to confirm a trade at which you are supposed to do so and you didn't so that isn't anyones fault but we can't or don't have proof of any such conversation or lack of from this user - we would never know.

Next time pay better attention to the trades/who traded with you but again we don't know if you had an agreement with this user and traded them then became unhappy with end results without context.
Please don't submit reports here again like this without clear context/agreement from the accused.
