    Victim profile: 76561198072419355

    What happened? Description:
    This person created a fake trade offer from an external marketplace. I immediately checked and noticed the site did not alert me of any trade via text, email, or a banner at the top of the site. I knew then that this was an attempted scam and did not accept the offer.​

    Please take a new screenshot of that offer - hover mouse pointer over users name so it shows up the users Steam URL at the bottom.
    Do this thru a web browser also. FULL screenshot.

    Also you've in no way had any contact with this site or person before correct?
    And I highly suggest you remove your trade offer URL from public view on your profile or else you will have this happen again.
    We do not advise it being open like that and if you continue to keep it up we may not review future reports from you related to situations like this as we gave you a method to avoid which is our goal.

    I attached the new screenshot as requested. Also, I have used the external website before, which is why I immediately knew this was a scam attempt. Finally, I had not had any previous contact with the accused prior to receiving the offer.

    I have also removed trade link from my bio to prevent this sort of thing from easily happening. Thanks for the advice!

    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
