    What happened? Description:
    Gimmie was trying to scam me for months by promoting this gambling site he had access to. He friended me months ago and every time i was online would text me, but only today did i finally take a look at his site and observe the scam. (I will explain what happened even though my screenshots show the whole chat). Gimmie says that he had access to a rust gambling site and could rig it for whoever he wants. All I had to do was put the server in my name and he would rig two big pots for me. The catch, I had to gamble my own skins. After checking out the site, I observed how there was an active steam chat that was going on. I asked a question and got no response, and then spammed the chat for several minutes. The steam chat continued about an other issue without acknowledging my spam. It was clear the site was a faux gambling site made to rip people off and i said so to gimmie. After denying it at first, when I presented conclusive evidence he immediately blocked me. I was also shortly after blocked from accessing the scam site, presumably my IP and steam account are blocked.​

    Provide Evidence:
    I have uploaded 4 screenshots that document our chat log on January 20th, 2022 (Today.) THis is not the first time gimmie has texted me nor is it the first time they have explained the scam, as you can see from me understanding what's going on. However, these chats provide evidence of the user promoting their scam site. I also have provided a screenshot of the user's page.

    I have also attached a screenshot of the scam site as I see it now, unable to access the website because I was blocked.​

    Unfortunately, SteamRep no longer as of 5/18/2019 reviews or accept reports dealing with any Fake Gambling site or scam sites - Due to current Investigative Policy

    This includes anything random sites that a user gives you for a chance to win anything. Gambling sites are against Steam TOS also therefore you should avoid these users, delete them, report them to Valve instead as noted below.
    This was clearly noted to you BEFORE You sent to submit the report - please do not ignore our policies/notifications that are there to read before submission.

    You can report the user to Valve instead
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
