What happened? Description:

This is a person on my friend list, then I get a message from him talking about working on a rust site and wants me to help promote his site for a weekly payment. He wants me to add the site to my profile description in steam and talking about how much I can get a week. I proceeded to go through with how the payment works, (I know how it works) and needed to confirm if it is a legitimate scam. He gave me the link and I asked how will you pay me and he says "and choose any player from list participants and tell me the name of whom you choose and i will make him the winner of the bank" That is an immediate redflag as I got scammed by this before and has fake participants in the real and make it look legit, then wants me to deposit for my skin in there fpr the jackpot items. I then called out his scam and how shitty of a person he is and he most likely blocked me.​
