What happened? Description:

Hello, Steamrep This guy is a scammer I talked to him to buy His knife navaja as seen in the screenshots I sent him the money he got the transaction PayPal said transaction completed but he claims that there's a bug where he sees the transaction completed but the money doesn't show in his balance I contacted Paypal they said he's not honest as seen in the chat logs I wanted a refund he said ok then started buying time for himself then blocked me + he changed his name on steam and everything he blocked me and made his profile private I'm getting my money back but I wanted him to be banned and people to be aware thanks god I use Paypal and I can refund. I can't upload all screenshots it says "You may not upload any more files with this message. You may attach 15 files in total." But I have all the chat conversation and I can actually send them to you guys if needed . also steam rep was down while I'm making the report that's why I used another site to fill Accused Info Block:
