Unfortunately, SteamRep does not accept reports dealing with hijacking/phishing/hacking -Due to current Investigative Policy
    http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/investigative-policy.140101/

This includes anything to do with API key requests, wrong or misspelled URL's and sites requesting logins of any type in attempts to steal your credentials including threats towards your account.
These are phishing/hijacking attempts and are not to be reported to SteamRep!
These are almost always started by a hijacked account - lastly we do not review anything over discord. so report them to Valve instead as even threatening behaviour would make this report Invalid per policy which is exactly what a hijacker does with a hijacked account to bait you into going to deal with someone else.
Also note that no matter what the user does after giving threats, showing clear indications of hijacking such as what this pattern is then it falls within that policy first and foremost before anything else would take effect here or with any partner. Last thing anyone wants is an account tagged when the true owner wasn't in control of their account which is at no fault of their own. This is why its essential to report these situations to Valve and let them address it.

You can report the user to Valve instead
In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT

Click here to view an animated gif that shows how to report a violation.
