Meanwhile, I check his steamrep and saw something similar happend to a user

Therefor was very careful and asked him some common questions. He was willing to pay any price I gave him, but only via direct method.
Told him I can take fees on 3rd party websites to be 100% safe for both of us, but he declined.

Better not sell to him directly.​
