    What happened? Description:
    I had posted a trade for my Karambit Gamma Doppler on a steam group and received the offer shown in the screenshot and a friend request out of the blue from the scammer. I have never spoken to this person and there was to attempt to discuss anything with me prior ( as seen in the screenshot )

    This is an abvious attempt to trick unsuspecting players into sending over their knives thinking they'll automatically get money into their steam account - this user has some skins on his account so I certainly hope no one has fallen for this.​

    OK - Sorry to bump, but quick update - I decided to message him to be sure that it was 100% a scam (I asked him if I had to redeem a code etc.) He told me the funds automatically go into my steam wallet once I accept.
