What happened? Description:

I was playing TF2 Casual and he suddenly added me on steam, i thought he was a friend from discord and i friended him, i asked him what's up, and he said, hi I need to talk to you about something! And he said i had a report on my account (WHICH I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT) so i went on asking, how did i not know about this, and he went on to tell me to add this steam moderator Blinder, and I wanted proof that i had a report, but he kept saying that he already had a report on his side but he was told by Blinder to inform me about the report, and then he started to get an attitude saying, "I'm done, if you don't want to fix it, then you don't have to, don't contact me" i eventually added the steam moderator, now i had doubts whether he was real or not, i was asking how come i was not notified about this? and he dodged that question like a bullet, and then he asked me to contact him via discord, that's when i knew he was not the actual moderator, and i was actually hacked 3 weeks ago, and i sent a steam support request, they said they do not use outside platforms outside of steam, so i sent him a screenshot of what that other steam moderator said, and he went on to threatening me about my account deletion, he also told me some Steam admins and moderators are abusing their power and that they were allowed to use discord. I knew they weren't but i toyed with him a bit, so i added him via discord, he later told me to show me the accused items i have, I showed him the items and then he said something quite revealing. He said this, "In order to fix your pending ban report i need to deposit an item in our program so that i could easily to verify it and i need you to buy an item on marketplace worth $30. but you dont have to worry about your money because i am going to refund you after the process.
To verify and report the report on those items you need to pay the ticketing issue worth $10 of each item.
And the total for $30.
But you don't have to worry because the money will be refunded after wards." Now i was hacked 2 times before, and both of them said something like that, but the price was $250. I told him that and then he tried to blackmail me to follow the process or have my account deleted. I was sick of his bullcrap, so i had a few words with him and then blocked him, he said he was gonna delete my account, but we all know, that never was gonna happen. I already reported the guy who brought me to this guy and i want to make sure, everybody knows what he does.​
