    What happened? Description:
    I was selling an unusual online through bp.tf and I get a trade offer. I have had no communication with the account other than the message he sends along with the trade offer. He claims the item he's offering is a "Strange Festive Rocket Launcher", worth around 18 keys. In reality, the item is worth around 30 refined, because it's festivized.​

    Provide Evidence:
    The screenshots provided are:
    Proof that the item is misrepresented
    Proof that the account that sent the offer is the accused account
    My bp listing as a form of previous agreement since we did not message​
