What happened? Description:

So the guys says hes buying an item from bitskins, isnt acutally doing that though and then claims he needs to check if your items are sellable on bitskins so you put it on bitskins but publicly so theres no trade ban (already makes no sense)​

Hey, sorry I didn't know about that. Here the pictures again:
Even tho he did urge me to use discord I did not agree to that, since I know I wouldn't be able to report him if i did so. Therefor we constantly chatted via Steam.

Here the last two screenshots of the fake bot account and the trade offer

SO how the scam works is he gets you to go to bitskins and go the sell 1 by 1 "to check if you can actually sell it" and gets u to put an abnormal price and then click add to list. Then he doesn't want you to put it as "list for sale" because then the legit trade bot offers you a trade and its on the legit site. instead the scammer sends you an offer with a fake bot that looks like bitskins. If you accept that, obviously the items are going to the scammer and you lost them.
