What happened? Description:

It was 28.01.2021 about 17 CET. (5 pm CET) I was making a transaction to the user https://steamcommunity.com/id/getout09, but the items after the SteamGuard error message reached an unknown person: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199090027910. My only concern is the return of items from the user https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199090027910, who received $ 5000 worth of items due to a system error instead of my friend getout09. I want to recover the items and the steam has blocked my communication as a result of fraud explanations (I was banned from contacting support). And I couldn't explain myself any longer, not only was I robbed, but I was treated as if I had no rights.​

In my emotions, because it was about a large sum of $ 4-5,000, I panicked and reported ARAYA as a scam. However, he managed to write to me through steam's reaction that there was a mistake, and he can return the items. The only problem I see here is Steam refusing to allow my items to be returned, what's the problem to generate a link to the return transaction and send the ARAYA user who received the items due to a system error - I don't know why he got them, I was completely surprised. That's why I reported him as a scam so quickly. If I waited for contact with him, I would probably have the items because he would not get tradeban. I am asking for help in this matter. I feel very bad for a few days I have heart palpitations because of this incident not $ 100 but almost $ 5000 was stolen from me. And the behavior of valve is a total failure. They do not want to talk about fixing their error at all, their system has failed, I use a computer in the dental office network (I am a dentist) and clean computers are essential, we do not go to any sites, we have kaspersky total security scanners, firewalls, etc. We do not open unknown attachments and we do not click on foreign files.​
