    Scam Report

Report Type: [Other] Any other fraudulent behavior
Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561199119393276

    Victim profile: 76561198360657934

    What happened? Description:
This person added me asking if I wanted to join a tournament, to which I declined. Still, they asked me if I would vote for their team on this website here: https://evo-championscup.com/. Upon joining the website, it started to seem a little suspicious, but this was not until I had already clicked the login button. Afterwards, it didn't work at all so I just abandoned the website and thought nothing of it. However, me being the absolute moron I am didn't even read the authentication code it sent me or consider why Steam was asking me to "move or disable my Steam authenticator." Needless to say, next thing I know my trades are being put on hold for some reason, so I go and look in my trade offers and these guys tried to siphon my entire inventory through a trade offer, luckily I caught the goddamn offer before they took my whole inventory but still. Like literally trying to steal my account off the back of asking me for a favor, isn't that kind of sad? Lol anyways

I guess this was an alt account that was gonna be stealing my items? However, the one I'm reporting is the one who did all of the chatting.

Here's the steamID of the guy who the items was being sent to: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199135188508

Anyway just want a -rep on both of their profiles, they're literally asking favors of people and trying to scam their accounts out of it. Pathetic!
