You said you got trade offer(s) from them yet you didn't show that - PC screenshots only pls What screenshot in the chat logs did you tell them the friend name you were trading with?

Your screenshots are not going to be acceptable unless you do so thru a PC and per directions.

Clearly you have to use a PC to play the game so you must use that to take the screenshots.
I'll need two screenshots - one of the offer sent you declined of the fake user - open in a web browser hover your mouse pointer over users name so it shows up their user ID at the bottom.
Do another of the REAL friend you did trade with/accepted so it shows that accounts ID at the bottom.
You should end up with two more screenshots per requirements as noted in the screenshot guide.

Thanks - issue is I can't confirm you were ever friends with this exact user by SteamID - all I see is a chat box with a name and profile image. Need to verify this and you can do that with a screenshot of your friend/user activity thru a web browser - when you take this and it shows you adding the user hover your mouse pointer over the users name so it shows the popup of the profile. Make sure you open this in a web browser before doing anything rather than steam client. Take the screenshot and make sure it's Full Screen and make sure steam client URL is enabled, not edited or cropped in any way! Upload HERE…NOT imgur, NOT gyazo or any other 3rd party hosting site!

We don't review videos but that wouldn't matter much here because even in the video you have the users/accused profile up in the background and it says ADD FRIEND - therefore it doesn't prove you were friends at the time of this event. At this time you trading with the other account is just that - no context between YOU and the Accused so I'm going to have to decline the report on the grounds we can not verify you were ever involved with this exact user you accused in this report.
Verifying identity to the accused is vital and required at some point which you noted you do not have what is needed to prove it.
