    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561199137445890

    Victim profile: 76561198293187884

    What happened? Description:
    my friends account got hacked and they pretended to be my friend and get me to join a tournament which ended up to be a fake website. i googled the website and used a link scan and everything seemed legit. you can view the screenshots below to see the conversation, afterwards i had to contact my friend via discord as the hacker had blocked communication between us.​

    Provide Evidence:
    hello, my friend was hacked and then while hacked they impersonated my friend and got me to put my info into a site i only trusted because my friend I've known for over a year sent it to me. the hacker also blocked communication between us and so our interaction after is on discord. he apologized and felt really bad as he had no idea about it. happy to provide screenshots if needed.

    please find attached, screenshots and a chat history. part of the chat history will be confusing to read as i sent the chat log back to my friend to question the intentions.
    the screenshots i have provided are my friends hacked account with our mutual friends to show i made sure it was my friends account and not an impersonation. the scammers account. i cant upload my trade history to show i wouldn't just trade my entire steam inventory (yes items from other games were also taken) and the trade its self as I've reached the upload limit, please respond with a way to upload more

    the reason i know my account was hacked and traded away because i received a notice from my steam guard to approve a trade but when i checked it was already approved and my inventory was cleared out.

    i know i will not get my items back with steams current policies. but the outcome im hoping for is the scammers account to be trade banned before the items can leave their account so the scammer cannot make profit.​

    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
