    What happened? Description:
    Sending lowball offers , expecting his victim to make a mistake and accept the offer , he is trying to make 1000% profit by scamming.​

    Absolutely NO scam here - you can't just report someone for offering you something for a value you don't like.
    Decline their offer and move on.
    SR does not get involved with value/pricing disputes anyway.
