Hello Sir,

In steam my friend list person“RENKEYS”( https://steamcommunity.com/id/7656119917153066) sent me a message to invite me to use his own website. He said, we want to gain some new clients and gave a promo code to gain for a new client.

With this 30$ bonus promo code in website, that applys for opening case that has some in-game items. I gained some items with this promo code. When i try to withdraw these gained items , the error message said " You have to deposit 20$ to withdraw these items."

I deposited to website bot (BOT #3) at first 22$, And the error message was saying "You should deposit at least $20 or equivalent in another currency. Deposited: $14.36"

I asked to customer service in-website how can be possible and there would be a problem with their system. They said;

"As I see, some of your previously deposited skins are overpriced on the website and their real cost is less than could be shown in Deposit menu. You got wrong balance (more than needed), but it counted correctly that is why your total deposited amount is $14.36."

I deposited one more time to withdraw my belongins win. The minimum deposit amount was 10$. To fill 20$ for withdrawing, i deposited 14.31$. Then i tried to withdraw my wins, error message was "Deposited: $18.52"that. Instead of deposited 14.31$ it deposit amount counted as 4.21$. Then, when i asked this the reply message was the same reason with the last response.

After all these, i understood it was all fraud. But i didn't want to believe that is. I asked about that and they said you need to deposit one more time to solve all this needed deposit amount. After 2 times deposited besides of showing missing price, the missing amount was exactly 1.48. For all i deposited amount there was no option to withdraw. There was just withdraw win items in website.

Because of there was no option about that , i tried to deposit again $12.61 with the customer service. Deposit was done, when i try to withdraw, there was again error message : missing amount was 0.09 now. That meaned : 12.61$ counted as 1.39$, and they wanted one more deposit to fill these 20$ for withdrawing.

As I deeply sorry, i had to contact with domain team of abuse to start legal procedure. I am adding attachments that information is customer service chat messages and steam person messages.​
