    Scam Report

Report Type: [Item Fraud] Misrepresenting virtual items
Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561199187205467

    Victim profile: 76561199043819918

    What happened? Description:
I believe this to be a scam with a fake website to extract information and steal items. They were asking for personal information on a site that I had never heard of.

    Provide Evidence:
Attached are screenshots of the case. This user attempted to get me to hand over personal information by going to a random website. This website appears to be very well put together, but, fake. You cannot do anything on the website without signing in and putting in personal information. The user wanted me to give detailed items about my CS:GO knife which is irrelevant for a trade/item like this. The user also has a private inventory so I could not see if they had anything to actually LEGITIMATELY trade.

I would like to go on record and say that I am not 100% certain, but pretty positive this is a scam. I am hoping to have further guidance from someone who knows more about these types of cases.

    Thank you.
