    What happened? Description:
    Good morning everyone. Yesterday my uncle was scammed. He sent me items through an exchange offer but it was cancelled. As it turned out the bot that was perending itself as me cancelled ours offer and made a new offer and it was immediately accepted using the steam web api scam.

    The steam web api key that the uncle was connected to was: 54CD99FE869555F3B86DD99177516EDC.

    You can report the user to Valve instead
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
