What happened? Description:

PSG Tricked me into believing that a Skin was much more valuable than it actually was, saying he had just traded everything from his main onto this one for trading, Many of his items were stranges which totaled around 1-2 keys barring a festivized strange painted flamethrower. After considering some of his Items I decided not to trade due to difficulty I might find in selling many of them, as base stranges are difficult to sell. After this he offered a factory New Night Owl MK. II rocket launcher, which upon search yielded a very similar item worth 75 keys. Upon asking about this, PSG did not deny the 75 key price point and accepted 2 keys worth of items "because you're new". After trading I decided to look more in depth on backpack.tf on my item, where it was realized that the Rocket Launcher was Much cheaper than 75 keys, around 7 Refined. Upon re-trading to hopefully salvage the exchange, he said that he traded my items IMMEDIATELY to a bot and refused to offer any items gained from the supposed exchange in return. Steam inventory was also turned private.​

ME believing said Item was much more valuable than he made it to be. It certainly doesn't help that the first item which shows up when searching, and the item originally there, a STRANGE variant, has the exact same border as this item.
I also only made this screenshot in excitement to show a friend, this person has never contacted me outside of the steam trade window, leading to this being the only piece of evidence I have unfortunately.

I am incredibly sorry but it's the best I could do, I understand rules surrounding cropped photos and I am submitting full well knowing the photo is cropped. But It's the only evidence I have so I am including it anyway.

Unfortunately the evidence you provided does not rise to the level we require. While the cropped screenshots are a big issue by itself, you also did not provide any chat logs regarding the interaction. Please remember that in the future reports, SteamRep does not usually tag people for simply claiming their item is worth more than it is, as it is open market and every user can potentially see item values differently. We simply aren't the body that decides what items are worth, that's something every user is responsible for doing themselves.

Looking at the trade and everything that happened, it should serve you as valuable experience to not trust what people might claim their item is worth right away, and do a lot of your own research first.

With all that in mind, the report will be declined.
