    Report Type: [Gambling] Fake gambling website
    Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561199242183862

    Victim profile: 76561198292137994

    What happened? Description:
    The user came to me stating that they had won an unusual on a gambling website and required another unusual from me to gamble to earn his winnings.

    He then said that he had actually made it all up, only wanting keys to buy himself an unusual.​

    Unfortunately, SteamRep no longer as of 5/18/2019 reviews or accept reports dealing with any Fake Gambling site or scam sites - Due to current Investigative Policy

    This includes anything random sites that a user gives you for a chance to win anything. Gambling sites are against Steam TOS also therefore you should avoid these users, delete them, report them to Valve instead as noted below.
    This was clearly noted to you BEFORE You sent to submit the report - please do not ignore our policies/notifications that are there to read before submission.

    You can report the user to Valve instead
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
