What happened? Description:

I just traded with this person an Unusual Bubbling Vampire Vanquisher, an Unusual Purple Confetti Undercover Brolly, and 5 keys for a Lucky No. 42. They sent a link showing how much it was worth, which is ~$50, but it was the Non-Craftable version which is around ~$8.35. After the trade I realized what happened, they then tried to do another scam with a Festive Medigun swap with Festivized medigun. I tried to reverse the trade by saying explaining I had OCD and wanted both trades to be in one place. I was very desperate, and I thought it might work against a scammer who wanted all of my items. After their last message they unfriended and blocked me. I am deeply saddened by all of this.​

i think its fair deal cuz your items in total 32 keys
im a little afraid about best buy order on vampire only 10 keys and for all class hat 9.3 keys but we count like 13 keys each so yeah i think its fair deal to both of us
just i really cant go lower cuz buy orders on lucky start at 30.5 keys so if you quicksell that to bot you can get keys in 1 min after trade yk so here like 1.5 keys different of full price on your items

They sent a link to the backpack.tf page for the Craftable version of the item in the first screenshot

Im not sure if this helps but I found a report for a different steam account on backpack.tf that looks almost identical to the accused, with "#SaveTF2" in their username, same background, same badge, same level, and same profile art, they also allegedly were attempting to scam someone with a Lucky No. 42 as well according to the report.

Oh, I see, sorry. Here is a screenshot hovering over it to show the link they sent.
I just got a notification that the individual in question has been trade banned on Steam by Steam Support because of the trade.
Unfortunately, if this individual is indeed using numerous accounts and scamming on all of them, netting ~$50 per scam, I can't think of much that can be done to fight against it.
