    Report Type: [Money] Steam Wallet fraud
    Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561199427797639

    Victim profile: 76561198115631482

    What happened? Description:
    Added me randomly and inquired about buying my Unusual Roaming Roman.

    I had it listed on the community market, so I assumed he wanted a lower price. However, he asked if I wanted to buy it for steam wallet funds. I replied with stating that if I was send the funds first I was willing to do that.

    After agreeing with that, he tried to convince me to use a "moderator" (middleman) and then sent me this link as supposed proof of their authenticity: https://www.reddit.com/r/RedditGlobalTradings/wiki/index/

    Obviously this is very suspicious especially given that his profile does not have Team Fortress on it. Even purely for profit traders usually have at least launched TF2 since it's a free game.​

    No scam here - you clearly cut the user off in the middle of negotiations on how the deal should go. Anyone can use any middleman they want but that doesn't mean they are a scammer...same could be said about you for disagreeing with what they wish to do or use. You are basically assuming the user is up to no good when as I said they could report you for the same thing because you declined to use their methods of trading.
    If you do not agree just say no thank you and be done with it - just as you did and that should have been the end of it but not to submit a report here based off assumptions alone.
