    What happened? Description:
    Told me he would send Buff balance, used paypal transactions as his cash rep, I sent item, then he blocked me. After he didnt send Buff balance he said that he would send wire, the wire never came then he said he would send paypal, then he never sent paypal. Then blocked me.​

    Listen man, you’ve been giving me the run around for a week now when you first said the transfer would be instant. It seems like you’re scamming me even though you’re still responding.     I just don’t understand, BUFF was supposed to be instant, it wasn’t. Wire was supposed to be 3 days, it wasn’t. PayPal was supposed to be when you woke up, it wasn’t. For the love of god just put yourself in my shoes. I need the money to pay for my car.
