What happened? Description:

The scammer added me and told me about wanting to buy my Unusual which I had for sale. We then came to a deal that I would give him the Unusual along with 8 keys, and he would give me an item called Lucky No. 42. He sent me a link to the backpack.tf page of the item, and said that it's worth 34-35 keys.

However, when I checked the item in the trade, it was an uncraftable Lucky No. 42, which had a much lower value of 6.2-7 keys. I told the scammer about this, and he told me that he had no knowledge about the actual price of the item.

Next, he said he would offer me a Strange Festive Rocket Launcher instead of the Lucky No. 42, which he said is worth 35 keys, and sent the backpack.tf page of it again. I told him that I'll accept it, and he sent me the trade offer.

Upon closer inspection of the item, the Rocket Launcher was Festivized instead of Festive. The Festivized Rocket Launcher has a much lower value, coming in at around 1 key.

I told him again that the item he is offering is different from the one he said he would. After this I got no more response from the scammer and he proceeded to remove and block me.​

i think its fair deal cuz your items in total 29 keys and im a little afraid about best buy order on unu 16 keys but we count it as 20 keys so yeah i think its fair deal to both of us
tbh im just really cant pay more cuz buy orders on lucky start at 28 keys so if you quicksell it to bot you can get 28 keys in few mins after trade so here like 1 key different of full price on your items and quicksell price on mine
