Description:

Got couple steam gifts from steam during winter & one of them is red ochresrta 2. So i offer it on the forum for games worth $20.I got a msg & we add as friends & work on the deal.

I choose game worth $20 & he buy it , i even see them in his inventory .Due to the game is untradeable until 21 Jan 2012 , i offer to trade first.After the trade he log off & block me .

Reason for the late report , i report the issue to steam , he got 2 weeks trade banned & after that got probation status that i thought will stick with him forever. But today when i check the status ... no more probation & that piss me off
