NEW KIND OF SCAMMER: THE GLITCH

I wanted buy a buds from him.
When we were in trade window he put in the slot a weapon, the Mantereads, simply renamed "Earbuds" and he tryed to tell me that was just a glitch, a bug of steam and the item I saw like Mantreads was in real a Buds..
Well, of course was a scam tentative-
I got the picture about the trade window while he was telling "he is a Buds" and "he is just a glitch" (The conversation is in italian, if u need I will translate for u)-
I also got a picture about his "scammy" item.
Plz provide! I m expert trader (and I just did a big laugh on him) but a new player could be scammed from this new fantasious way. Lol
