I saw his tf2outpost showing that he was selling a strange silver botkiller scattergun mk1 with strange parts for a key.
So i added him and invited him to trade. however, i did not notice that he had in fact added a strange silver botkiller scattergun mk2 during the trade. So when i asked for a refund, he refused and told me to get another one and sell both of the botkillers for 8 ref to him(i doubt he would uphold that anyway)

This guy added me based on my trade which explicitely showed the prices as stated.
I had half a mind to raise the price as I was low on that model but I decided to sell to him anyways, and then he changes his mind after the transaction, so I just won't bother with a refund as is my right. I told him to go get me some more at his 3 ref price, I'd grant him a 1 ref profit for every one he could find, but he refused the challenge because as I'm sure he knows, any search on outpost will bring up these things on sale for far above my price because most have parts on them. My price was within normal range and frankly was a good deal, and this guy decides to file a false report and make trouble. I could tell he was a trouble maker so I covered my ass.

Thats my trade. Thats the trade you replied to and added me from.
There IS no botkiller scatter mk2 with parts for 1 key.
There is only a botkiller scatter mk1 with parts for 3 keys.
I'm not going to sell one with parts for the same price as the one without parts, let alone one with expensive parts. So acidDagger, did you think you were going to "scam" me out of my scattergun which had 4 keys worth of parts on it for 1 key?
