What happened? Description:

The accused added me to trade because I was looking to buy keys.I gave him a Steam Code for $20 Steam Wallet and he said it was no good and used. I was unsure as there was a issue placing the order and Paypal is investigating him for this now.. I just gave him a 2nd 20$ Steam Wallet Code and he won't give me the promised 20 keys for the 2 codes. Even if the first was bad and I don't believe it was, the 2nd most definitely was not used and was redeemed by the accused. He owes me 23 keys or at least half of that for the 2nd code which would be 12 keys. He somehow disabled me leaving a comment on his profile or asking him to trade and he is just ignoring me and wont give what he owes. When we started our trade, I did not notice a report pending on him.​

He has now unadded and blocked me.

i havent blocked him, instead, he gave me used codes, and demanded keys, i highly recommend to make sure he is brought out in light, the first key he gave was not even valid, and the second he gave was used,
there isnt a way by which he can prove that i have used the codes myself.
I can prove that i havent used teh codes, later he spoke rudely with me and unfriend me with threats about me getting sr banned

I am unsure how to go about this. After consulting with others on the Steamrep.com general forum, I was directed to update relevant info here. I don't know how to edit a report or if even possible, so I will post it here.
The following user, whom I reported above, has repaid me. Below is the chat and payment proof. it was aprox 3 years ago when this happened and said user re added me a few days back. He said he wanted to make things right.

Said user repaid 16 of 23 csgo keys I was owed from said trade aprox 3 years ago.. I paid with two $20 dollar steam wallet codes for said keys.

We are done with with trade and everything is alright between us

We are even now. I checked balance due and the keys sent cover what was not paid previously. All is ok with now.

the reported in question didn't send the keys. He had another account send them. His reasoning was that he was out if trading. Not sure why that makes you unable to send the offer yourself, but I will add everything you need as soon as I get back home to my pc. Thx for the reply.

This payment was for the 20$ steam wallet code reported here and another $20 steam wallet code I gave him the same night, moments before the one reported. I was hoping for a refund as I believed at that point it was a error not of his own doing. The refund was denied due to Paypal claiming the card/s were activated, and I also tried to activate them and I received a invalid/already used error. I never updated the scam report to include the second $20 Steam Wallet Code, hence the payment. He owed me 23 csgo keys for two $20 steam wallet codes. I accepted the reported payment, and did tell him it would suffice and we were ok as far as payment. I will say this is though. For what it's worth, this is the first time anyone on steam has tried to make a amends for any negative impact towards me, whether intentional or not.
