What happened? Description:

Was scammed of PayPal funds in an attempt to purchase keys. Met the user through an r/globaloffensivetrade advertisement. Sent funds first through PayPal, and scammer proceeded to delete me from friends without sending the keys.​

Provide Evidence:

Trade Agreement 1: Information regarding the initial trade agreement, along with contact information.

Trade Agreement 2: Contains the second half of the trade conversation, followed by deletion from Steam.

Inventory History: Proof that the scammer did not follow through in sending the aforementioned keys.

PayPal Payment: Proof that I sent money to the scammer.​

I added the wrong profile to the report; the actual Accused Profile is 76561198262464060.

Hello. I did not scam anyone and I have paypal prove that they sided me and the person has withdraw his complains. The buyer had received his items and he couldn't get back his money including after he got his item so I hope you guys can unban me Thank you!

I didn't withdraw any complaints. PayPal merely didn't side with me for a chargeback against you. I'd love to see your trade history, and I already have a case pending with my financial institution.

Hey why would paypal side me when you got everything as you mention? Doesn't make sense isn't it? If you receive your goods then stop talking rubbish. Just for some keys I want to scam you? HOW LAME! Check how many people bought keys from me and received them without any issues? Why is it only you then have issues? Face problem? Or what. I don't see why you're getting so upset about this. If you can prove, without reasonable doubt, that you indeed did go through with the trade, then I don't see why this should be such a big issue for you. Revealing your trade history should be more than easy enough, no?

Regardless, I'd still like to see your elusive trade history. As I was saying, if you can prove, without reasonable doubt, that you truly did trade me those keys you claim to have followed through with, I don't see any reason why the mods wouldn't side with you.

The PayPal dispute was something I shouldn't have bothered with; a quick conversation with Etherfast allowed me to realise that I should have directly gone to my financial institution. I'm also fairly certain an unauthorized access dispute really gives you much merit in your claim.

You're one of those people I like to call "selective scammers". Your claims don't really merit much without any solid proof.
