    What happened? Description:
    I met him on a backpack.tf sell order. I friended him, and he talked. He told me that he could duplicate any item for a small fee. So then I gave him the item, he unfriended me, and blocked me.​

    Ok thanks that is what I wanted - but I'm unsure at this point if we wish to investigate this report since you were clearly trying to violate Steam Terms of service with trying to duplicate something.
    Going to leave this hanging a while till I get a 2nd opinion.
