    Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
    Virtual item type involved: [Steam] Steam Games

    Accused profile: 76561198132375286

    Victim profile: 76561198294216466

    What happened? Description:
    The accused offered me $17.5 usd via PayPal for a steam gift copy of "hurtworld". I gifted him the game and be blocked me after. This user had a clean account but no more! He is a scammer!​

    Provide Evidence:
    Initial agreement: I send him a steam gift copy of "Hurtworld"and in return he sends me 17.5 usd via paypal.

    Broken Agreement: Delays payment and finally blocks me.

    Proof of ID: Screenshot shows his steam ID and that he is still on my friends list.

    Chat message screenshots taken on my phone because they were no longer saved on my computer.​

    Thanks - in the future provide PC screenshots of the chat agreement - mobile is super hard to accept mainly since there is no dates usually on them.
