    Scam Report

Report Type: [Gambling] Fake gambling website
Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198051660585

    Victim profile: 76561198061141313

    What happened? Description:
This is a different type of situation, as he'd made a scam bot account, and used that as the inventory collector. Through the process of the entire situation, I kind of had a gross feeling to my gut, as I knew something wasn't right. Yet I did it anyway.

The items I lost, were the cobblestone package, and also the knife that a dear friend had given to me. Out of stupidity, and hope to help my mom out with bills, I lost both of those through his "legit" website. I am giving information of his MAIN account, not his inventory collector.

The inventory account's information is below,
    | steamname: BOT l
    | steam3ID: [U:1:399089750]
    | steamID32: STEAM_0:0:199544875
    | steamID64: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198359355478
    | customURL:
    | steamrep: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198359355478

In my defense, I did this for my mother. I know it's a dumb way of trying to help, but how am I supposed to react when someone is offering money that is more than enough to cover the bills that are weighing her down?

I met the scammer through a random add, he'd constantly picked about me sending offers or using his website, and I did it, finally and lost two precious items, that I was too dumb enough to offer, the knife being from a friend, and the case being from another, without him really needing to give it to me. Out of stupidity, I finally decided to accept the guys offer and played on his site.

So you got greedy and got scammed... these sites are a dime a dozen - tons of them.
    Lets verify the bot account
Please provide a full screen shot of your Trade Inventory History showing for sure the trade in question(NOT TRADE OFFER!!)- open this with a web browser, move your mouse over the users name in question so it shows up the hypertext popup URL at the bottom of the screen - take the screen shot DO NOT edit it in anyway and upload.

Also the biggest issue is I can't confirm you were ever friends with this exact user by SteamID - all I see is a chat box with a name and profile image. Need to verify this and you can do that with a screenshot of your friend/user activity thru a web browser - when you take this and it shows you adding the user hover your mouse pointer over the users name so it shows the popup of the profile. Make sure you open this in a web browser before doing anything rather than steam client. Take the screenshot and make sure it's Full Screen and make sure steam client URL is enabled, not edited or cropped in any way! Upload HERE…NOT imgur, NOT gyazo or any other 3rd party hosting site!

Hopefully this is right :\ I'm just stressed, because this "money" i'd been trying to get, was to go for my mother's bills. That doesn't make me greedy, it just means I was a little too naive to know that it was a scam. I knew it in my gut that it was bad, but I'm only reporting him for the sake of other's things. Not mine. I knew I f✿✿✿ed up, I was just doing it to help gather money for my mother.

He also removed me directly after I tried to say something, as you saw through the chat log screenshots.
I then went to send a friend request to see I was blocked.
