What happened? Description:

Asked if he would sell 15 keys for 30 usd
he said okay
claimed to have not gotten the money
I called and got told by paypal told me he had gotten it and he bought something
i sent as family and friends so cant chargeback
he bought keys with my money.
He would not even give me the keys, instead he tried to make me give up 45$ of souvenirs i have for 10 keys which he bought with the money i sent to purchase the the 15 keys off him.
he also claimed i sent the money to him for him to buy keys after we had agreed on a deal

Had him added for a while. needed keys, he was clean. i made mistakes​
