    What happened? Description:
What can I say? Just another opskins scam attempt. Brain of organisation is http://steamcommunity.com/id/Frankenstein9888412/ (

I am just gonna reject him offer, but then I think: "It's gonna be good fun of trolling him". I sent him my first friend nickname, then I said that he isn't my friend, because he stole my kebab :D . Second time I sad him my friend and I pretend that she is my girlfriend (just to make proof I believe her). Of course that scammer friend that I am reporting must change the nickname and avatar and sent me offer again. I said him that I have already sent her offer and we both change inventory to private. This guy change nickname and avatar to mine to be ready when she will give my item back. I said that I can't send her offer, so scammer sent it again. It was so much fun with this scammers.

@Sawanstor If the user you should be reporting was already banned - you should have deleted them from the start when you found this out vs dealing with them.
They are clearly pulling the fake friend scam the same thing they were already tagged for - nothing more we can do to them.
But in any event - you always report the user you were FIRST in contact with then reference others involved...as all the evidence stacks against that user not the other.

I'm adding a screenshot to get this by - in the future also PC screenshots not mobile- mobile is hard to accept.
Be sure to report both of them to Valve and next time you come across a banned user its best to do that, then delete them and move on.
In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
