What happened? Description:

This Andrew guy added me and asked me that would I like to have free CS:GO skins. Well I immediatly knew that there was scam going on. He told me that he was an admin on this https://csgobell.com/ site and that he could pick the winners. I have seen this kind of sites before and this was not a different. He told me to deposit and then he just picks me and I would win. The 1 thing he didn't told me was that there was a rule ''Newcomers to the site have to win twice in order to get their winnings. This only applies if you have never played before.''​

Provide Evidence:

I have seen this kind of sites before and they are not real. The winner list is looped and there are same ''people'' playing there 24/7. So if you watch it long enough you will notice that there is a pattern how the winnings rotate.​
