    What happened? Description:
    Basically, he adds me and we try to negotiate a trade deal. When he starts asking if its not duped, I get suspicious, and check his steamrep. Sure enough, banned from Skial 12 days ago as of today. I bring it up, and he goes silent. I annotated the attached image. I also don't have a screenshot of this, but he also clicked "ready to trade" in the window when only my unusual was in the window. First pic is cropped with annotations, second is the full window.​

    @Atoc Ok so first off do NOT edit screenshots - but the 2nd one should be ok for me to use or the one uploaded to the report.
    So the user is already banned/tagged - nothing more we can do to them..not sure why you dealt with the user when knowing that.
    If you didn't always check out users prior to accepting that way you can just ignore them..report them to Valve, delete and move on.
    This will be the last note added to the user - any future reports will be archived.
    Be sure to report user to Valve as stated.
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
