What happened? Description:

First he added me, I checked out his profile and instantly knew he was a scammer. I knew this because he had only ever played 0.1 hours on Dota 2 and he had "This is Negotiating Account ✓ " as his bio. Anyways I decided to keep him added as I thought it could be fun to mess with him, so a day after he initially added me he sent me a steam message, he says "hello" I then respond to him with "hello" after that he listed the name of my knife "StatTrak™ Gut Knife | Forest DDPAT" and then said "is this for trade?" of course I knew this was my time to mess with him so I respond "maybe" he quickly responds "do you like karambit ?" so I say "for the right item" "yes" and he lists the exact karambit that he owns (probably stolen form another player) " karambit safari mesh ft" he says so I say "yeah" he says "okay" and then "give me your trade url" and "so I can send" of course I give him my trade url as I wanna keep the conversation rolling. The conversation basically goes on for another 20 minutes or so with him wanting to talk to me over skype or voice call me on steam, I made up some lame excuses and got him to talk through steam chat so I would have evidence of everything, so then he finally agrees and tells me to go on OP skins and list my knife for 9999 or whatever so it cant be bought. After that he tells me to check the "deposit skin into op skins inventory" box on the sell page of OP skins, and then he has a fake bot send me a trade offer for my knife. I have all the steam chat saved so you guys can give it a look. I just don't other people getting scammed by this dude, please do what you can thanks for reading.​
