What happened? Description:

He attempted to scam me using a classic impersonation technique - changed his name and profile to attempt to match one of a person named Vittu, I presume he has many steam inventory items. He was initially my friend as we played a common gamemode and he added me. He then sent me a greeting message and asked to trade me. I immediately discovered he was a scammer upon viewing his profile, and here we are now!
Note : Upon realizing I found out he was a scammer, I was immediately blocked.​

Provide Evidence:

Steam profile description clearly shows he is an impersonation scammer - uses generic "must check items by steam developer" scam.

He poorly attempts to pretend he has a valuable inventory using a screenshot on his profile

Attempted to impersonate "http://steamcommunity.com/id/kislajos1"

Linked the person he attempted to impersonate's steam inventory, not his own

This guy attempts to get his victim to trade to a middleman (who is obviously the guy himself) to "check the item", takes the item, and then runs off.​
