Report Type: [Other] Any other fraudulent behavior
Virtual item type involved: [DOTA2] Dota2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198141048309

    Victim profile: 76561198002478666

    What happened? Description:
    I posted a trade on /r/dota2trade on reddit.com :

    https://www.reddit.com/r/Dota2Trade...c_uk_bank_transfer/?ref=share&ref_source=link

The scammer 'Jagsin' added me on steam the same day. I messaged with them at night on the 15th Oct 2017. I have attached screenshots of the logs. I was skeptical so I only wanted to trade one item first. I went first. The received the item and said they would send me my payment in Bitcoins. They then went away and then offline in a matter of minutes. At this point i checked their profile and saw that they had deleted me and set it to private. Naturally I realized I was scammed at this point.

Please provide a full screen shot of your Trade Inventory History showing for sure the trade in question(NOT TRADE OFFER!!)- open this with a web browser, move your mouse over the users name in question so it shows up the hypertext popup URL at the bottom of the screen - take the screen shot DO NOT edit it in anyway and upload.

I also need to see a copy/pasted BTC address you gave the user to pay you and a full screen of it showing thru blockchain.info

Sorry that this image is so big. It includes both my monitors as you asked for me not to edit it in any way.

3LubD73DLp42QRL31x3Kd5uk8Uo5ucYYC7 this was the BTC address.

Also I wanted to ask. Is it worth it to report this account to steam support? I don't expect my item back but perhaps they will receive a trade ban? And would my steam account be at risk for attempting to sell items for BTC?

    Thanks!

You can if you want - items won't be returned no.
No you shouldn't have any issues with that - its a common practice but something they don't support just keep that in mind.
