    Ok I need a new full screenshot of that trade offer that user sent - this time open in a web browser, hover your mouse pointer over users name so it shows up the steam URL to that user at the bottom.

    Next time try to get ALL the conversation in multiple screenshots of the PC client chat vs mobile - you got lucky your mobile had date/time stamps otherwise it wouldn't have been any better.
