What happened? Description:

I found crime buying keys at $1.92 on backpack.tf trading forums. It said he would pay in paypal . I contacted him and he later wrote back. He asked how many keys that I had. I said 18. He said he could do 18. He did the math and sent me a message if it would be the correct amount. It was somewhere around $34. I agreed. He send to send him a trade offer and then he would send me the money. I sent him an offer and gave him my paypal email address. At first he said he sent the money, but it didn't go through. He said to wait a bit. I assumed it would go through and left to do personal stuff. Hours later, it still wasn't in my paypal and I sent him a message. He went silent for a day and then later wrote back with some story about a frozen paypal. He said he wanted to help return what he owed and asked how much he owed me. At the time, I didn't think about pressing him for just a return of keys. At first he mentioned bitcoin, but due to it's rising price, he settled with skrill. Few hours afterwards, he unfriended me with no money at all. I did not have a chance to send him my skrill email so providing that information would be pointless. He took my 18 variety CS:GO case keys and ran with it. I have no idea why he went the extra mile with a fake explanation to why things are happening and still taking off. Seems like extra work.​
