    Report Type: [Rep Fraud] Impersonation with intent to defraud
    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561197963610600

    Victim profile: 76561198361042991

    What happened? Description:
    Pretended to be a Valve employee who did item verification. I was directed to this person by another user, who claimed he wanted to check to make sure my items weren’t scammed.​

    Who is the FIRST user you were in contact with? That is who you should report - not this user.
    You then just reference in the report others involved.
    Also PC screenshots from now on - mobile is hard to review.
    Also do you have any chat logs with this user and the other user you were supposed to report instead?

    Accepting as is - you will need to follow up with me as to why you failed to reply to this report prior to submitting any new ones.
    Its time consuming when you submit a report without keeping up with it and we have no choice but to either archive/invalidate or half accept it since its missing another user involved.
