What happened? Description:

I was contacted and he asked me to verify my item through OPSKINS and sent me a fake trade offer through a middle man impersonating an OPSKINS bot and decided to go offline when things became fishy.​

Contacted me by offering to buy my unusual by commenting on my profile gallery of my unusual (Screenshot 1)



I checked his profile and he link's "his" inventory which is a link to the person he is impersonating (Screenshot 2a + 2b - You can see when I hover over "his inventory" in chrome the links do not match his in Screenshot 2b)





He said he would pay me 30 TF2 keys for my TF2 unusual I told his thats too much over pay 25 keys is ok

He asked for my trade link and said he was sending me an offer and confirming it (Screenshot 3)



He then asked my about opskins and whether I used it as he claimed he was going to sell my items after the trade (screenshot 4)



He then told me he wanted me to prove my items are marketable on opskins and said he would show me how I could prove it was marketable(Screenshot 5)



He provided me with OPSKINS link and began to run me through steps on how to sell my item to prove it was marketable(screenshot 6)



He then proceed to ensure me this was legit and we would trade after I proved it was marketable and this was legit (screenshot 7)



He then told me to reload my OPSKINS SELL page and check my trade offer from OPSKINS deposit bot (he had an alternative account impersonating a OPSKINS bot)

He sent me a offer from a fake OPSKINS bot and asked me to accept it and proceeded to say when it is done we will trade 1 to 1 (Sceenshot 8)



I asked him when I would get my item back after it is verified and he must have got scared but he went offline and just left (screenshot 9)



I unfriened him and Reported his profile(Screenshot 10)

I understand I am tagged on Steamrep before over a year ago but I have leanred my mistake and am trying to get rid of other scammers and his middleman, Thank you.

PS: If there is any redemtion chance to remove my tag that would be unrepayable of you as it has been the biggest mistake of my life and has held me back through my use of trading and joining tf2 server ​
