What happened? Description:

Though his final comment is culpable to admission of guilt, I will elaborate. He attempted to use the "Official Steam Administrator" scam on me, claiming that he would hire a mediator to verify the items before we completed the trade after we had agreed the terms. There is no such thing as an official valve administrator, and so the fake administrator would be an alternate account or friend used to scam me out of my items. Though I did not fall for it, I fear there are some who will. In retrospect I should probably have followed his lead and reported the fake administrator too.
