    Accused profile: 76561198023381935

    Victim profile: 76561198140941589

    What happened? Description:
    User added me with the intent of advertising a fraudulent gambling site. The user ran when confronted with evidence against them.​

    Provide Evidence:
    ICANN WHOIS data shows that the website in the chat was made on June 26, four days before the conversation took place.
