What happened? Description:

Tried doing the "can we contact a steam admin to validate our items for a few keys?" scam.
I've had this happen several times in the past, a common ploy to have you hand over a few keys to them to a third account, robbing you blind. This is not the first, and even more so, I'm hoping to help others with this report.​

due to flactuation of scammed items can we contact a steam admin bro to validate our items so that we can know if there's something wrong to our items or rather to make our trade legit, incase of any annomalies that will happen we our safe, i will be paying the admin fee my 1 key as a fee so no problem with it

There's no reason you need to contact a "steam admin." You can't lose trades if you select the item out of the other persons inventory. But if your paying for something, I'm willing - just this person your paying has nothing to do with our trade, simply checking on an item for cleaness.
I'm sorry this is a scam.
